Founded in 2021, Metior Gauging is a company working to supply gauging with full Internet Of Things (IOT) capabilities located in Gqeberha, in the Eastern Cape. We take our customer quality requirements from the gauge design and manufacturing stages, through to data collection, storage and analytics.
We do Auto data collection with all the relevant trace information with statistical graphs and stored off site or on site If required.
We consult with our clients to create bespoke dashboards to only display relevant and required information.
Wireless, Smart data transfer, from air gauges or contact probe gauges, working in micron resolution to broad tolerance gauges, working in the plus minus 1.5mm range, examples such as: press part spring back measurement or injection part shrinkage control measurement.
